The Puffy Patch Kit is a waterproof adhesive patch developed to permanently repair tears and seal leaks in various materials such as PVC, vinyl, neoprene, polyester, Cordura, and waterproof fabrics.

Some of the most common usage is to patch puncture/rip/tear on inflatable boats, floats, and air mattresses, as well as in GORE-TEX fabric, wetsuits, Cordura tents, and canopies.

The Puffy Patch consists of liquid PVC with a precisely selected molecular weight, which effectively dissolves the damaged material’s layer to create a smooth and uniform surface. Its unique formula ensures more reliable repairs, especially in field repair conditions, and eliminates the need for additional steps in the process.

Instructions

Remove dirt and degrease the patch area.
Keep patch area flat/level. (Deflate item if necessary).
Apply Puffy Patch on Puncture/Rip/Tear.
If needed, use Puffy Patch Mesh for added reinforcement.
Let cure for 2 – 12 hours.

FIRST AID: If inhaled, immediately supply fresh air. Seek medical treatment if symptoms appear. In case of skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water. Seek medical treatment for persistent itching/rash or other symptoms. If in eyes, (remove contact lenses if worn) rinse eyes for several minutes under running water or with an eye-cleaning solution. Get immediate medical attention. If swallowed, rinse out mouth and drink water immediately. Seek immediate medical attention and call Poison Control. DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING.
