We want you to be fully satisfied with every EquiSpirit item purchased. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges. 

The item must be returned in new condition, in the original box (whenever possible), and include all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit.

Credit

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receipt of your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

Returning An Item

Return Instructions:

  1. Pack the item securely, in the original package if possible.
  2. Enclose the packing list (or copy) with the item. Be sure to keep a copy for your records. If you are unable to send your packing list, please enclose a note with your order information: order number, billing name, shipping address, item ordered, item quantity, and order date.
  3. All products must be returned in new (or as received) condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit.
  4. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  5. For your protection, we recommend insuring your package and keeping the carrier receipt with the tracking information.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact EquiSpirit USA within 30 days of delivery. Please provide EquiSpirit USA with your order information: order number, item number, carrier tracking number, purchase date, email number, and phone number. EquiSpirit USA will make every reasonable effort to replace the item promptly. Contact Us
